Kundalini is a dormant spiritual energy (prana) coiled at the base of the spine. Kundalini is the source of our potential energy. The goal of meditation, as with any energy practice, is to awaken this Kundalini energy within, along with all its qualities that were previously blocked.

This practice goes by different names: InnerDance, KAP (Kundalini Activation Process), Kundalini Awakening, but the essence is the same — deepening consciousness, returning to, and activating the inner life force that exists within each of us.

ACTIVATION OF KUNDALINI

It is a transformational process of self-awakening that leads everyone who surrenders to this process to rethink their existence, heal and free themselves from their own illusions and traumas. The energy that moves during practice literally wears in its path all the unlived emotions, blocks, traumas, as well as illusions of our Ego, who we are and who we are not.

During practice

We work with the energy flow that is within us and in everything around us. When we raise the Kundalini energy within ourselves, we also change the energy structure in our chakras — that is, our desires change, new skills are revealed, and our character changes.

How exactly does the practice of activating inner energy take place?

The practice takes place online or offline. You lie down on a yoga mat (if offline) or on a bed (if online) with your eyes closed, breathing and relaxing. During the practice, music plays while I do my work, directing the energy. Then, the energy inside you does its own work.

The duration of the practice is 60 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION?

During the practice, spontaneous movements, emotions, sensations of energy, visual visions, memories, past life recollections, chills or heat, and feelings of the body dissolving (a sense of weightlessness) may occur. You might experience sadness, anger, fear, the urge to shout, cry, sing, moan, howl, etc. Or perhaps nothing happens at all. Both are normal, important, and valuable.

How to prepare for the practice?

If the practice is online, make sure you have a good video connection, headphones, and a quiet room where you will practice. Have a sleep mask and wear comfortable clothing.


If the practice is offline, please arrive on time (10-15 minutes before the session) and wear comfortable clothing that suits you.

Привет. Хочу поделиться своим состоянием с тобой после практики активации или как она точно называется.

Заметил, что у меня появилось больше энергии и больше хочется что-то делать, куда-то ехать и решать.

Последние дни перед этим сил не было вообще и постоянно был зол и сильно напряжен. А здесь совсем по другому как то.

Еще заметил, что начал лучше спать и уже нет такой тревожности, как была до этого.

Буду еще следить за своим состоянием, чувствую, что это не все.

Спасибо тебе большое! Точно будем практиковать еще.
