Regular yoga classes help develop muscle strength, increase flexibility, improve breathing, reduce stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain, improve a person's overall well-being and quality of life.

In my practice, I combine different styles of yoga, depending on the objectives of the class (adho yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, power yoga, pranayama breathing practices, relaxing meditative practices).

Individual practice is adapted to the physiological characteristics of the body, age, health condition, and desired results. Each yoga practice is created specifically for you.

In individual yoga practice, I work with requests such as:

• Increasing strength and flexibility
• Proper alignment of asanas and yogic sequences and practices
• Excess weight, metabolic syndrome
• Headaches, lower back/knee pain, posture issues
• High blood pressure/low blood pressure
• Scoliosis (grades 1-2)
• Depression, panic attacks, insomnia
• Yoga for pregnant women
• Yoga for children

Monthly subscription to online yoga workouts on demand with unlimited access.

All workouts are taught in Ukrainian.

3 new workout videos every week:
– 2 full-length sessions (60–70 minutes)
– 1 express workout (20–30 minutes).

Ongoing personal support from me in a private chat — if you need help with exercises, have questions, or want personalized recommendations.

Workout level: beginner to intermediate.

Access to a library of recorded yoga workouts gives you the freedom to practice whenever it’s convenient for you, at your own pace, and from anywhere in the world.

What’s included in the subscription:
- unlimited access to yoga workout videos of varying intensity;
- practices for the body, breath, and calming the nervous system;
- the opportunity to maintain a regular, consistent practice without being tied to a fixed schedule.

You can purchase a subscription for 1 to 7 months, choosing the duration that works best for you.

Access is granted for the full selected period.

This format is ideal if you want to support your body and inner balance on a regular basis — without a rigid schedule.

Yesterday’s yoga workout was something.
I came to work today, and my legs are sore. I spent half the day trying to remember what we did and then it hit me — squats and jumps.

I really love it 😻
