Regular yoga classes help develop muscle strength, increase flexibility, improve breathing, reduce stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain, improve a person's overall well-being and quality of life.

In my practice, I combine different styles of yoga, depending on the objectives of the class (adho yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, power yoga, pranayama breathing practices, relaxing meditative practices).

Individual practice is adapted to the physiological characteristics of the body, age, health condition, and desired results. Each yoga practice is created specifically for you.

In individual yoga practice, I work with requests such as:

• Increasing strength and flexibility
• Proper alignment of asanas and yogic sequences and practices
• Excess weight, metabolic syndrome
• Headaches, lower back/knee pain, posture issues
• High blood pressure/low blood pressure
• Scoliosis (grades 1-2)
• Depression, panic attacks, insomnia
• Yoga for pregnant women
• Yoga for children

Monthly subscription for online recorded workouts with unlimited access. Workouts are in Ukrainian.

• Weekly 3 new video workouts (2 full-length sessions (45-60 min) + 1 express workout (20-30 min)
• My ongoing support in the chat for any help with exercises or any questions/recommendations
• Workout level — beginner + intermediate

Yesterday’s yoga workout was something.
I came to work today, and my legs are sore. I spent half the day trying to remember what we did and then it hit me — squats and jumps.
But honestly, I’m really happy because I haven’t felt like this after a workout in a long time. On the other hand, my back feels so light today, like a heavy log was lifted off.

I really love it 😻
At first, I thought it might be too easy and not effective, but yesterday I felt that pleasant muscle soreness—and I just adore that feeling! Although during the sessions, it’s never hard for me and actually feels enjoyable, not like I’m waiting for it to end.
And finally, the pain in my neck and shoulder area has eased— I really struggled with that for a long time. Now my body feels amazing!
